8 Days Tour to BWINDI, Queen Elizabeth, KIBALE MURCHISON FALLS and Murchison Falls National Parks.

Day 1: TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL PARK
Our guide will pick you up from your Hotel in Kampala and leave South Westwards. Take a stop over at the Equator then proceed to Bwindi. This drive takes you through the beautiful sceneries of the Western part of Uganda which is sometimes known as the Switzerland of Uganda. Have lunch en route and then proceed to the park passing through the gorgeous undulating landscapes of Kabale also known as  the Switzerland of Uganda! We then continue to the last hill of the landscape which is the vast plane of Uganda, Rwanda and Congo where  the Virunga volcanoes dominate the view. In the North is the Northern sect of Bwindi national park and in the south is Mgahinga and the Southern
part of Bwindi known as Nkuringo. The drive might be long but is rewarding with beautiful sceneries and artistic African exquisiteness.
Dinner and Over night at Gorilla resort camp/ Buhoma Community bandas if you are tracking gorillas in the Northern part of Bwindi OR Nkuringo safari Lodge / Travelers rest Hotel if you are  tracking gorillas in the southern Sector of Bwindi which is  Nkuringo family. Travelers Rest Hotel is set out side Kisoro and it gives a lovely stay for the tourists, who come to see the endangered mountain gorilla. The hotel, built in a rather colonial style, and utterly refurbished in 1999. Because of  the comfortable quality of Travelers’ rest camp, Dianne Fossey a writer on Gorillas remarked that it was her second home when she was doing research about gorillas.

Day 2: GORILLA TRACKING
Well prepared with your packed lunch, cameras, water, rain jackets, long pair of trouser and hiking boots and other gear, you will assemble for briefing from the rangers about gorilla tracking the great adventure and experience!  They will explain to you on how you will make your movements as you track the gentle Giants.  The time taken to encounter these peaceful primates is impulsive for it may take1-10 hours. Nevertheless, on encounter, one may be forced to say, it is a stunning moment!!!! After the adventure a certificate awaits the successful
tracker. The day is not easy at times but appealing. Return to your lodge for dinner and over night.

DAY 3; Transfer to Queen Elizabeth
Take breakfast and then drive through the Ishasha sector and then short game drive en route to search for the famous tree climbing lions. You will reach the park in the afternoon.  Have lunch and take a game drive through the crater lakes region. Dinner and overnight at

DAY 4 : Game drive / Boat ride Kazinga channel
Go for an early morning game drive in the Park in search for the early risers as they get back to their hide outs. Game drives are sometimes tensing for the time taken to encounter these animals is some times unpredictable but any encounter is a worthwhile!.  You will search for Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Hyenas, and many bird species. In the afternoon you will have lunch in then go for a boat ride on the Kazinga channel to view water game. Dinner and overnight at

DAY 5 Transfer to Fortportal
After chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura Gorge, you will be picked up and transferred to Fort portal  for dinner and over night  at ;

DAY 6 : Transfer to Murchison Falls NP/ Visit the top of the falls
 Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. You will pass through the verdant country side of Fortpoartal , Hoima  and arrive in the late afternoon. You will drive direct to the top of the falls to view how the calm Nile is transformed into a thunderous roar of white foam fall about 50metres deep. You will then transfer to you lodge. Dinner and overnight at 
High end- Paraa safari Lodge or Nile safari camps
Mid range- Sambiya River lodge 
Basic- Red Chillis camp ( DB)

 
DAY 7 : Game drive / Boat ride on Victoria Nile
Early morning you will go for a game drive in the park to catch up with the early risers and predators  as they will returning to their hide out. After the game drive you will return to the Lodge to have lunch and then in the afternoon go for a boat ride on the Victoria Nile that will take you to the bottom of the Falls. Dinner and overnight at
High end -Paraa safari Lodge or Nile safari camps
Mid range- Sambiya River lodge 
Basic- Red Chillis camp ( DB)

 

 

DAY 8: ChImpanzee tracking  in Kaniyo Pabidi  Drive back to Kampala
After an early morning breakfast, you will go for a forest walk in Kaniyo Pabidi in search for Chimpanzees .Kaniyo Pabidi is an undisturbed area of natural forest within Budongo Forest Reserve.  You will walk beneath mature mahogany and iron wood trees. Chimpanzee tracking is the most famous activity but you certainly see many forest birds, including the Chocolate¬backed kingfisher, the White-thighed Hornbill and Puvel's illadopsis found nowhere else in East Africa. After chimpanzee tracking transfer to Kampala or Entebbe for your next flight back home.
