3 Days Gorilla Safari, Gorilla Tracking, Gorilla Trekking to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park Uganda

DAY 1: BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST

Early in the morning you will be picked from your hotel within Kampala by our guide and then transfer to Southwestern Uganda. You will briefly stop at the Igongo Cultural Centre and Equator before continuing to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. This scenic drive will take you through the gorgeous countryside including the ‘Switzerland of Uganda’. Enjoy lunch en route in Mbarara town and finally arrive at your accommodation in the Evening for dinner and Over night at Gorilla resort camp, or Buhoma Community bandas for those tracking in the Northern Bwindi Forest.

DAY 2: GORILLA SAFARIS, BWINDI NATIONAL PARK

Today you will set out early morning dressed in long trousers and hiking boots, with a packed lunch, drinking water, cameras, rain jackets for a briefing by the rangers concerning the gorilla trekking experience!  There is no predictable time frame in which you will see the gorillas however the activity may take anything between 2- 8 hours of trekking despite this, on finding them you will definitely be stunned! You will be allowed an hour in their presence observing them and taking pictures. Later return to your lodge where you will dine and spend the night.

DAY 3: DEPARTURE

During today, right after an Early breakfast you will drive back to the capital Kampala. End of the 3 days Gorilla safari with AA safaris and Tours ltd.
