A balloon Safari is one of the unique ways of seeing wildlife on your Safari in Kenya. The Balloon Safari Experience
At daybreak, the balloon will be launched and slowly rise until a point when it will float in the direction of the morning winds. The pilot will regulate the altitude of the balloon. At times you may fly at the height of the tree-tops or even lower just to give you clearer views of the wildlife and as well as clearer angles of taking photographs.
Every now and then the pilot will add more heat in the balloon and you will hear the whispering sound of the banners interrupted by the silence of the game viewers who are so focused o n game viewing. You will see different animals running and grazing right below you such as Thomson’s gazelles, zebras, wildebeests, cheetahs, Masai lions and African Leopards. The flight in the balloon takes about an hour basing on the weather condition.
